And doing it more effectively in the manner in which it serves the purpose is important for the individual or the organisation he or she works with.
The next time, if someone gives you feedback, accept is as a gift given to you. Analyse it and take advantage of it for your own improvement. Please do not ignore it, especially when it comes from the people below, as they are closer to than situation than you are. That is more realistic and could help in taking appropriate measures.
