prameya = something that can be estimated as this much or this type.
aprameya = something that can not be estimated
As it is not possible to learn in detail what is in and out of all the living and non-living entities, they can be referred as 'aprameyaas.' As the lord expanded himself within and out of all these aprameyaas as their aatmaa, He is called aprameyaatmaa.
om namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
