namam no. 250) viSishtah (विशिष्टः) (విశిష్టః)

om viSishtaaya namah (ओं विशिष्टाय नमः) (ఓం విశిష్టాయ నమః)

He is called viSishtah as He has a peculiar gyaanaanandaswaroopam that does not require any confirmation that His swaroopam is made of such living and non-living entities.

viSishta = special, peculiar

In this world, the look/form of different entities are recognised based on their shape and character. Without them, it won't be recognised. It doesn't have any strength without them. In the same way, the paramaatma is also proven to the source and the shelter of the living and non-living entities. Some people may be in the illusion that He may not have any form (swaroopam) without them.  But, this namam viSishta suggests He has a peculiar form that has gyanna, ananda, and other traits without any need for them.

om namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
