With the blessings of god, we get an opportunity to come together in an organisation. Having come together, it is important to feel a sense of belonging and endeavour to keep together as a cohesive unit with a common mission and vision. Then, the most critical step for success is to recognise each other's value and appreciate each other's strengths and work together, despite the differences that might exist.
