namam no. 282) chandraamSuh (चंद्रांशुः) (చంద్రాంశుః)

aum chandraamSave namah (ओं चन्द्रआंष्णवे नमः) (ఓం చంద్రాంశవే నమః)

He is called chandraamSuh as He has those cool and kind looks similar to those of a moon.

He is thus praised as chandraamSuh as he has the power to bless those thinking of Him with peace and joy by dispelling their anxieties.

All those sages felt very happy seeing the beauty of Rama, who glowed like a rising moon when He went to lead his life in the forests. 

aum namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
