om prasannaatmane namah (ओं प्रसन्नात्मने नमः) (ఓం ప్రసన్నాత్మనే నమః)
The earlier namam suprasadah reveals that He shows special consideration towards His devotees. This 2nd namam prasannaatmaa explains His very nature as the reason for His showing of such a complete kindness towards His devotees.
The word prasanna means the one who blesses. It also means that He has a pure and clean mind.
