Sales Secret (42): What is your self-evaluation check list? Have one asap.

Hi,
Do you have a self-assessment format? A sort of a check-list on your performance and the results you get from it! While you may get feedback from your customers on you and your services, the important thing is to do self-evaluation so that you can improve the way you talked, the manner in which you behaved, the level of your sincerity towards helping your customer, the skill with which you handled the objections, the ease with which you asked your customer to learn about his needs, etc.,

Great sales people who excel at sales evaluate themselves at regular intervals and amend themselves and the way they sell. Once you become conversant with the professional sales cycle, you get the ability to see what went right and what went wrong. And, that gives you an opportunity to fine-tune your own system and style.

Hence, design your own self-evaluation check list as soon as possible, and start using it regularly to review your process as well as your performance and correct the errors, if any.
To your sales success,
With love,
Siva
