namam no. 288) aushadham (औषधम्) (ఔషధం)

aum aushadhaaya namah (ओं औषधाय नमः) (ఓం ఔషధాయ నమః)

He is called aushadham as He is the medicine that would destroy the serious pain caused by the poison called samsaara.

In this world, people suffer from different types of diseases. Accordingly, there are different medicines to cure them. And, god is the one and only medicine for the biggest of all diseases called samsaara which is responsible for several sorrows and pains of people.

aum namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
