namam no. 305) adruSyah (अदृश्यः) (అదృశ్యః)

aum adruSyaaya namah (ओं अद्रुश्याय नमः) (ఓం అదృశ్యాయ నమః)

It means that He is beyond perception. Here the word 'driS' does not refer to 'seeing.' It gives the meaning of 'perceiving' with mind. Thus the namam adruSyah means that He is un-perceivable by the thoughts by any amount of inquiry.

At the time of mahapralayam, the immortal "Maarkandeya, seeing Him in the form of vatapatraSaayi, said, "Who is this baby? When everything got destroyed, how is able to survive? That too, how is he floating on a banyan leaf?" However hard he thought,  he could not make out. That's why the paramaatma is adruSyah

aum namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
