Thought of the Day (28): One in 4 people has mental illnees. Beware!!

There isn't anybody out there who doesn't have a mental health issue, whether it's depression, anxiety, or how to cope with relationships. Having OCD is not an embarrassment anymore - for me. Just know that there is help and your life could be better if you go out and seek the help.

We take our kids for physical vaccinations, dental exams, eye checkups. When do we think to take our - our son or daughter for a mental health checkup?

It's high time we are aware of the importance of 'mental health.' Physical fitness is important. And, mental health is equally important. Most people suffering from mental illness do not know that they have issues with their mental health. Let us be conscious of it and exercise necessary care to protect it, preserve it, and improve it.

Also, let us be of help to others who may be needing help in this regard.
