om sarvadriSe namah (ओं सर्वदृशे नमः) (ఓం సర్వదృశే నమః)
om namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
'sarvaan paSyati' means the one who looks after everyone.
In this world, there are people who follow Him and worship Him such as His devotees. There are some who oppose Him such as His enemies. And there are some who do not belong to either of these 2 groups. The word 'sarva' in this namam refers to all of these 3 types of people.
He is called 'sarvadrik' as he controls and blesses them according to their nature and behaviour.
This namam sarvadrik will appear again as namam no. 577
