aum varadaaya namah (ओं वरदाय नमः) (ఓం వరదాయ నమః)
He is the one who blessed the devatas with the powers they needed to perform their activities. He is also the one who created and established them as rulers of the world.
aum namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
