The meaninigs of the above 8 namaas are presented below:
nama no. 10) pootaatma (पूतात्मा) (పూతాత్మా)
om pootaatmane namah (ॐ पूतात्मने नमः) (ఓం పూతాత్మనే నమః)
'pootaatma' means the one who is clean with pure heart without any dosha. Though He has entered all the beings - living and non-living and become their aatmah, unlike the ordinary mortals, He is not touched by any doshas of dirt and appearance.
nama no. 11) paramaatmaa (परमात्मा) (పరమాత్మా)
om paramatmane namah (ॐ परमात्मने नमः) (ఓం పరమాత్మనే నమః).
All the beings become the 'beings of aatmah' by Him by virtue of His entry in them with the controlling aatmah. But for Him, there is no other aatmah controlling inside of Him. That's why He Himself is the parama-aatmah. He is the supreme aatmah.
nama no. 12. muktaanaam paramaagatih (मुक्तानाम परमागाति:) (ముక్తానాం పరమాగతి:)
om muktaanaam paramagataye namah (ॐ मुक्तानाम परमगाताये नमः) (ఓం ముక్తానాం పరమగతయే నమః)
This name of Lord Vishnu 'mukataanaam paramagatih' explains that He is the most desired even by the liberated ones, the people who are blessed with mukthi - the freedom from the material world. His abode is sought after by all those who desired mukthi and obtained it. He is the path towards obtaining mukthi, and His abode is the place where one experiences the joy of freedom from all the nature's entrapments due to the character blessed by Him.
nama no. 13. avyayah (अव्ययः) (అవ్యయః)
om avyayaaya namah (ॐ अव्ययाय नमः) (ఓం అవ్యయాయ నమః)
The next 5 names of Lord Vishnu reinforce the meaning of the name 'muktaanaam paramaagatih.' The one who once obtained can not be lost again is called 'avyaya.' Who would like to go back relinquishing the tastiest fruit after relishing it? No one. Just like that, as Lord Vishnu, praised by the blessed souls, gives utmost joy that is eternal and unlimited, and it keeps us with Him. He is so kind and loving that He never leaves His devotees who take to Him.
nama no. 14. purushah (पुरुषः) (పురుషః)
om purushaaya namah (ॐ पुरुषाय नमः) (ఓం పురుషాయ నమః)
This name 'purushah' also reveals the immense joy blessed to the devotees by the Lord Vishnu. Hence, it confirms that He is the ultimate abode for His devotees. The word 'puru' means 'a lot, 'bountiful'. So, the name purushah means the one who gives rewards that are bountiful and joyful in nature. When the Lord, the donor, is giving all the experience of joys, where will the receiver go leaving the God? No where.
His ability to give is endless. His divine aakaara is so beautiful that your desire to continue to see Him would never be satiated. Thus, He gifts and blesses His devotees with happiness that is full and complete without any deficit. Accordingly this name 'purushah' displays god's nature of kindness.
nama no. 15. saakshi ( साक्षी) (సాక్షీ)
om saakshine namah (ॐ साक्षिने नमः) (ఓం సాక్షినే నమః)
Lord Vishnu, after giving His devotees complete happiness, enjoys 'witnessing' them being happy. The word 'saakshi' indicates that the Lord is 'seeing' His devotees with love and kindness, when they are happily experiencing the joys he gifted them with.
He is all-knowing. He knows everything. He observes all of us. He wants us to enjoy the bliss that He gifts us with when surrendered unto Him with pure bhakti.
Just imagine how happy a father would feel when his children are enjoying the wealth he gifted to them. In the same way, as the scriptures suggest, the blessed devotees enjoy the good things and pleasures in the same measure as god Himself does. He likes seeing His devotees very happy and joyful.
nama no. 16. kshetrajna ( क्क्षेत्रज्ञ) (క్షేత్రజ్ఞ:)
om kshetrajnaaya namah (ॐ क्षेत्रग्नाया नमः) (ఓం క్షేత్రఙ్ఞాయ నమః)
Lord Vishnu is also called 'kshetragna' as He knew and created the 'divine place' in order to bless His devotees the bliss of total happiness. the word 'kshetra' refers to the abode of the god which presents the divine pleasures in totality. Accordingly, 'kshetragna' refers to the divine place called, 'tripadvibhuti' which is beyond all the lokas, immune to the calamities of nature, and that's where Swamy accompanied by mata Lakshmi resides and blesses all of His devotees and the blessed souls.
That place of Lord's abode is also called 'vaikuntha,' which is serene white like a pure crystal representing a source of complete peace. The blessed souls who are able to reach there obtain the shape of a brightly glowing atom and gain free movement there. They are then devoid of birth and death.
nama no. 17) ksharah (अक्षरः) (అక్షర:)
om aksharaaya namah (ओं अक्षराय नमः) (ఓం అక్షరాయ నమః)
aksharah(na + ksharatiti) means one who never gets decreased or diminished. That divine abode of Lord Vishnu is described here as a place where there is endless presentation of lord's attributes like a continuous flow of the tastiest honey. Though the blessed are able to enjoy continuously the divinity there, it only keeps growing without getting reduced.
Thus the 6 namas from 'muktaanaam paramaagatih' to 'aksharah' reveal that lord vishnu, who is the most kindest giver of endless happiness, is sought after by all of His devotees with pure bhakti.
