We are the Miracle called SEEDS
Hi,
Having had the good fortune of being born in a farming family, studying agriculture at college and postgraduate level, and also working with agri-input sector companies over the years, especially with those dealing with SEEDS, I have always had a fascination to observe the seeds, study them, and understand them what they are, or perhaps who they are. Last year, the popular cold storage company that has been providing its services to several of seed companies "The Gubba Cold" organized a conference with the theme, "Does Every Seed Matter?" and I was invited to speak on the topic, "SEED: The Ultimate Miracle." That made me peep into the SEEDS a little further, probe into their character a little longer, and go to the extent of even talking to them. Yes, they are SEEDS. They have life. They are living, and they have an attitude. I had some fascinating and very inspiring revelations. I would like to share with you through this blog post what the seeds told me.
"They buried us in the soil. They didn't know we were seeds." _ Mexican proverb
1. We bounce back strongly
We are the seeds. You may push us into the soil, an animal may trample us down, or a farmer may sow us in his farm; we wait for the right moment to bounce back. All that we need is a trickle of rain or a few drops of dew to imbibe every bit of it, break the shell that covers us, take the root, and emerge out victoriously to see the light of the day. We know the struggles we go through as we germinate and emerge will only make us stronger and prepare us for bigger challenges out there in the days ahead. We relish these initial adversities, as our intentions are not to limit ourselves and remain at the bottom, but to move upwards, rise above, and touch the sky. We bounce back strongly.

2. We multiply our value manifold.
We are the seeds. We grow with a purpose. We branch out, blossom, bear fruit, and produce multiple copies of what we are - the seeds. Nature has made us take birth, grow, multiply our value, and become a source of wealth. We live our life as an asset that is cared for and nurtured with love. We are born to give, to generate, to multiply, and to become sources of future life. We are the seeds. We multiply our value manifold.

3. We carry with us unlimited wealth.
Yes, we are the seeds. In each of us is a genetic code that determines the shape of the leaf and color of the flowers you see, the smell of the spices you eat, the strength of the wood you use, and what not - Everything. We carry the genes - the future wealth of the nations. We are the invaluable pieces of the creation of God carrying with us the power to generate wealth that could easily outweigh the value of all of the gold, diamonds, and all other precious stones on the planet earth. Yes, we are the seeds - your wealth. We carry with us unlimited wealth.

4. We are strong, yet flexible.
We are the seeds. We take our time: we know patience pays. We are in no undue haste, though we don't leave any opportunity without taking advantage of it. We trust in God that he has his own plans for each one of us. We are thankful to him for our birth as seeds and the unlimited power he endowed us with. Even the biggest of the boulders or the strongest of the storms cannot destroy us, as we know how to let them pass, stay in our groove of safety, and trust in God that better days are ahead. When the soil crusts try to prevent our emergence, we know that if we are persistent enough and keep hitting them, they will give us a way to emerge sooner than later. If bigger stones block our way, we know how to find a way out by growing around them and using them as an anchor instead of treating them as an obstacle. When the storms come, we find no wrong in bowing our heads and bending down so that they pass through. They won't last long. Every storm will pass through. And very soon, we will have our own days. Yes, we are the seeds. We are strong, yet flexible.

To your success,
With love,Siva

Thank you Dr MVRS Sir. When we were in our college, you taught us crop Agronomy. You showed us the seeds and also told us how to sow them.
