om namo sutapase namah (ओं सुतपसे नमः) (ఓం సుతపసే నమః)
The word tapas means knowledge; wisdom
sutapaah means the one who has great knowledge. What knowledge is that? In order to recreate all the beings that are withdrawn at the time of the great disaster (mahapralayam) based on their deeds and karma, it is essential to have that knowledge. To who else it is possible to possess such a power? That power of His having unlimited knowledge is revealed by this namam sutapaah.
om namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
