om satkrutaaya namah (ओं सत्कृताय नमः) (ఓం సత్కృతాయ నమః)
This namam satkrutaaya reveals that He is also revered by those elders. It means that He not only honours them but He also gets worshipped by them with devotion and sincerity.
satkaara means giving satisfaction to the one who is accepted. Lord Vishnu does not differentiate between the offerings of His devotees. He accepts however small the offerings of His devotees is with His kind heart and feels happy about it.
om namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
