Hi,
How do you view complaints? Headaches or opportunities?
Customer complaints are a natural part of any business and every business. Everyone faces some kind of complaints or objections. They are generally viewed by most people as headaches. In fact, they are the golden opportunities to understand the issues, learn more about the customer needs, and help him resolve the issue.
When a person with a complaint is heard in the first place and then helped with a solution that resolves the issue, it leads to a much stronger relationship. After all, no one is perfect, mistakes do happen. No organisation can ever make sure that all of its products reach the ultimate customer in a perfect condition; some mistakes can happen. So, let us understand that issues are possible, and complaints can be genuine. They should not be ignored. In stead, they should be attended.
When you attend and resolve complaints, you build a much stronger relationships. You get more satisfied clients. You gain more business, more profits, and more growth. So, you can make hay even when it rains, and not necessarily only when the sun shines.
