Sales Secret (36): Possess, feel, and exhibit "esprit de corps."

Hi,
You are a part of a team working with others for your success and also the success of your organisation. Right? Then, what is your feeling towards fellow salesmen in your organisation? Do you respect them or resent them? Do you appreciate their skills or denounce their weaknesses? 

Your customers are seeing you. They are listening to you. They are reading between the lines too. They get a good impression of your organisation, if you talk good about your colleagues and coworkers. It would not sound good to a customer if you talk bad of a fellow salesman just to upgrade your status. That will actually make them lose confidence in you too. So, be careful when you are talking about your fellow salesmen and coworkers.

Present your fellow salesmen in a good light. Your customers would love it. They appreciate it. They would like to come back to your organisation because you are not the only one who is good out there, but there are good people all around. And the onus is on you to help them gain this impression by your words, especially about your coworkers and colleagues.
