What is the right time to do anything that is right? To me, anytime is a right time to help someone in need. When your customer seeks your attention and wants your services, it is always the right time. And, there is nothing like a wrong time for helping a customer. Pay attention to the customers in need, irrespective of the time they seek your help.

There is nothing like a wrong time for attending to a customer. If you are attending to a customer at the same time when your help is sought by another, there is always a way to communicate it and help them understand so that there is no misunderstanding. Customers are always willing to understand, provided you show your concern for them and treat them with due respect.
