namam no. 302) yugaavartah (युगावार्ताः) (యుగావర్తః)

aum yugaavartaaya namah (ओं युगावरताय नमः) (ఓం యుగావర్తాయ నమః)

He is called yugaavartah as He rotates the kruta, treata, and the other yugaas again and again in order to continue to run the system of dharma established by Him.

Furthering what is revealed by the earlier namam, this namam yugaavartah means that the paramaatma rotates the four yugaas one after the other so as to run the system that is necessary to maintain the four dharmaas. 

aum namo bhagavate vasudevaya!
