Farmers grow food and help us get it. Virtually, it is because of them that the world is fed. They are producing enough of food for this world to eat. But, their own plate is not full, and several of them are unable to manage two square meals a day for themselves. 

Read recently a survey that states that the average income of farmers is just about Rs 6000 per annum in India. And, that's very low. And that is not good for you and me and the whole nation. He needs us. He needs the commitment of every other citizen to help him. It is time to find one's own way of reaching out to him.
