om naaraayanah namah (ओं नारायणाय नमः) (ఓం నారాయణాయ నమః)
naara + ayina = naaraayaNa
The word naara's means the earthly objects and ayinam means the one who the source and support of these objects.
He was only there before the entire creation. He only thought and created the universe. This namam naaraayaNah reveals that He expanded Himself in and out of every object in this loka that He only created.
Thus all the naamams and their attributes described thus far attribute only to Lord Vishnu - the SreenaaraayaNa and no one else.
